Why are we the military claims experts? Simply put, that’s all we do. Military claims are completely different than their commercial counterparts, and arguably much more complex. In addition to knowing common law principles, the successful military adjustor must have an intimate knowledge of the 400NG, International Tender, Tender of Service (DTR), Military/Industry Agreements, and the Decisions handed down by the Department of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA) that have interpreted all of these regulations throughout the years.
