Pam Johnson, Claims Manager
Pam started working in the moving industry in 1978, where she worked with over the road drivers that were involved in motor vehicle accidents at Allied. She left Allied in 1983, to concentrate on her family and in 1996, Pam returned to the moving industry as a part time claims assistant at National Claims Services. Her part time position only lasted a few months as she was asked to come on board full time to set up inspections for the claims adjusters. After several years she was asked to become a claims adjuster and in 2005, she was promoted to the position of Claims Manager. Pam is an active participant in the Claims Prevention and Procedure Council (CPPC), and attends the yearly conventions in April and October. The conventions and workshops that CPPC holds give Pam a great opportunity to meet new repair firms as well as speak with many existing repair firms NCS uses today. In addition, Pam has spoken on military claims panels at CPPC events educating others on military claims procedures. Pam's attention to detail and knowledge on the business rules are a true asset to NCS and NCS clients.
Akira Williams, Claims Assistant
Akira has been with NCS since 1999, and is your “go-to” person for all day to day administrative needs. She receives and distributes new claims, and handles the accounting functions. Her prompt response time, critical attention to detail and friendly demeanor make her a very important part of the NCS team.
