If you are a TSP in the DOD Personal Property Program, you can use NCS to handle your claims! Use us for some or all of your claims – it’s up to you. There is no commitment to send us a certain amount of work, etc. We will handle any type of military claim.

We’ll handle all negotiation with the customer, determine and arrange for any furniture repair estimates/inspections, do all DPS Claims Data Entry, and give you a settlement package “ready to mail” to your customer.  We’ll also determine which agents are liable, and if you provide us with your charge back policies, we’ll determine the agent liability amounts. When you get our final package, you’ll just have to put a check in the envelope and mail it.

And, we will handle them professionally, as if it were our shipment, and our money.
